AOC offers generous three-year warranty coverage plus a variety of additional service options if your warranty has expired.

Three-year, worry-free warranty

AOC stands behind the quality of each and every monitor with a generous three-year warranty starting from the original date of purchase. If you are unable to provide a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), the warranty will from date of the manufacturing date indicated on the product or from the serial number of the product and will end after 39 months.

Within the warranty period, any AOC displays with manufacturing defects or faulty components will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge. Read the complete AOC warranty statement.

 

14-Day* DOA policy

At AOC, quality matters. That’s why we offer a 14-day dead on arrival (DOA) policy, starting from the date of your purchase. In case of a justified DOA claim, we will replace your product with one that is identical to your original purchase. In general, products are defined as DOA if they show manufacturing defects from the moment of purchase.

At your service: Three service scenarios

Depending on the identified defect or required repair, AOC offers three types of service scenarios:

Swap Service

  • AOC will arrange shipping to a service center and cover the related costs.
  • Your product will be replaced with one that is identical to your original purchase.

Pickup, Repair and Return Service

  • AOC will arrange shipping to a service center and cover the related costs.
  • Your original product will be repaired and shipped back to you.

Carry-In Service

  • Bring your product to the nearest AOC service center.
  • Your original product will be repaired and you can pick it up from the service center.

Please note: AOC will cover the complete cost of shipping, repairs and replacements only if the defect or damages are covered within the terms of the three-year warranty statement. If your warranty has expired or the required repair is not covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for covering all related costs.

For all repair requests, we will first inform you whether or not the repair is covered by warranty, and if not, provide an estimate for the additional costs. We will not carry out any repairs without first receiving your authorization.
